Preparation of ornamental designs and repairs and reconditioning of LED series sets during Srivari Annual and Navarathri Brahmotsavams, Fairs and festivals etc, in ESD-West,Tirumala for the year 2026-27

Fabrication Charges for preparing ornamental designs with given 6mm / 8 mm / 10 mm Steel duly cutting, bending and welding as per the Drawing drawn on the floor & welding shall be done on the sides of design. Note:-1. Welding Machine Should be Provided by the Fabricator at his own cost. 2. Necessary power supply will be given by Department at free of cost. 3. Welding rods will be supplied by departmentally at free of cost. 4. The above rates excluding GST.

Fabrication charges for providing necessary back support with 8mm / 10mm / 12mm steel to the design/Cut out duly cutting, bending and welding as directed during execution. Welding shall be done on both sides of design. Note:-1. Welding Machine Should be Provided by the Fabricator at his own cost. 2. Necessary power supply will be given by Department at free of cost. 3. Welding rods will be supplied by departmentally at free of cost. 4. The above rates excluding GST.

Charges for drawing of figures of Deities, Arches, Various designs through an Artist as directed during execution. Note:-1. Welding Machine Should be Provided by the Fabricator at his own cost. 2. Necessary power supply will be given by Department at free of cost. 3. Welding rods will be supplied by departmentally at free of cost. 4. The above rates excluding GST.

Only Labour charges for painting the Ornamental designs, cut outs fabricated with steel (Red oxide and Enamel paint will be supplied by departmentally). Note:-1. The rate including the cost of Red Oxide and Enamel paint. 2. The above rate excluding GST.

Supply of Red-oxide primer paint for iron works Grade -I

Supply of 8mm rods.(Fe415)

Supply of 6mm rods.

Welding MS rods.

Part-B (Preparation, repairs and reconditioning of LED sets)

Preparation and Supply of good quality LED serial sets consisting of 50 Nos. of LED bulbs duly cutting the wires to the required length and soldering the LED Lamps etc., with enclosures complete with good quality flux by suitable space execution. The work includes LED Lamps, Hook up wires enclosures and water proof eliminator etc., complete.

Repairs and Reconditioning of LED serial sets including replacement of damaged LED bulbs and loose wires neatly to be soldered etc., complete. After repairs the LED serial sets will be working in good condition Note: The replaced LED lamps will be return to concerned A.E(Elec), for account for accordingly payment will be arranged duly counting the damaged LED's.

Replacement of LED serial set / Navarapatty water proof circuit box (eliminator box) in place of damaged circuit box. (Note: The replaced circuit boxes will be return to concerned A.E(Elec), for account for accordingly payment will be arranged duly counting the damaged circuit boxes.

Supply of LED serial sets consisting of 50 to 60 Nos of lamps with copper wires and operated at 220V, 50Hz, AC supply. Colours: Green, Red, Blue, Yellow and white.

Supply of adopter creeping box suitable for 3 stepped Navarapatty sets.

Supply of copper wire suitable for LED’s connection purpose.

Engaging of Semi skilled workman (Electrician).

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
