Earth work in excavation for all type of bridge structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORTH technical specification clause 304 and as per direction of the Engineer- In–Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforcement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure, plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1: 3: 6 (one cement: three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size in or under water and curing complete and including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and MORTH technical specification clause as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 1:5:10 (One cement: Five sand : Ten graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation of all type of structure complete, plain cement concrete grade- M-20(M-Twenty) design mix with minimum cement content at the rate 310 Kgs (Three hundred ten kilograms) graded cruhed stone aggretgate with 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments piers and return walls etcetera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 802,804,805, 800, 900 and 1200 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size] mix design to obtain the minimum compressive strength of grade M-35 (thirty five) with minimum cement contents of 422 Kgs (Four hundred twenty two kilograms) perr cubic metre in sub structure as per drawings and MORTH technical specification 1500, 1700 and 2300 in bed block and dirt wall upto any height including the cost of form work, curing complete, but excluding the cost of reinforcement and including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any level as per drawings and MORD technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement for bridge work in super structure including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any floor level acomplete as per drawing and MORTH/MORD technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced/prestressed cement concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix having minimum cement contents @360 Kg (Three hundred sixty kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size crushed/broken stone aggregate and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab, beams, girder and bressumers etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 1500, 1600 and 1700 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete railing of Grade M-30 (M-Thirty) mix designed with minimun cement contents of 407 Kgs (Four hundred seven kilograms) per cubic metre with aggregate size not exceeding 12mm (Twelve milimetres) true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical Reinforced Cement Concrete post not to exceed 1 in 500 (One in Five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm (Two thousand milimetres) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MORTH technical specifications section 1500, 1600, 1700 and 2300 including cost of reinforcement, form work and curing complete and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia galvanised mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 1209 as per drawing No-90-109-2 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete grade M-30 ( M-Thirty) designed mix with minimum cement contents @380 Kg (Three hundred eighty kilograms) per cubic metres with 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size crushed/ broken stone aggregateand curing complete in wearing coat including cost of form work and reinforcement as per drawing and technical specification as per the directions of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (Forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (M-Thirty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (Twenty five millimetres), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (Zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron (One hundred twenty five) thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification as per the directions of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .
