Demolition of PCC/ Lime concrete from sunken floor (ground or 1st floor) and removing and depositing materials exc 150 mtrs but n exc 250 mtrs away as directed.

M& L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm of cement mixed with liquid type water proofing compound on dry concrete surfaces including 20mm thick screed bed for in cement mortar 1:3 and mixed with liquid water proofing compound incl prepared for smooth finishing for entered surface (Note :Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately @200ml/50Kg of cement )

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. ( Make Tank Mastic of STP Ltd or EMUFALTE of Texsa ltd/IWL India Ltd) (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer , 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrane shall taken to a height 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacture instructions (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as manufactures instructions.(iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa India Ltd /IWL India Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

Hoisting and fixing PVC Water tanks of capacity exc 500 &1000 ltrs ,open or closed, hoisted and fixed in same position all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc.from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, tank size Exc 250 & N.exc 500 Ltrs capacity all as specified and directed.

M & L for mass concrete filling using PCC ( 1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sunken floor.

M & L 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proofing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modified cementations composite compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm, & the second layer slurry @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 µ polyflim with adhesive.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm and connection,ncluding cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25mm and connection,ncluding cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm and connection,ncluding cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed and coloured ceramic (Joint free) tiles (300X200mm) 7mm thick, finish as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white flat back size 450X300mm including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand incl 15mm bore pillar tap fancy type cast copper alloy capstain heads, 450 mm length PVC connection pipe 15 mm size with PTMT nuts, capstain heads, chromium plated, sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket and railing 60 cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair squatting pan WC Orissa pattern size 630 x 450 mm white with integral foot rest with P or S trap incl provn of lime concrete bedding incl breaking up existing damaged WC seat and connecting flush pipe etc and make good to floor complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern of 10 Ltrs capacity with all accessories incl PVC connection pipe 15mm dia 45cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed.

S& F in repair stop valve cast copper alloy chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both iron pipes 15mm dia all as specified and directed.
