NOTE :- Taking down of Light fitting, MCB, DB etc to be measured and paid separately.

Taking down carefully by submain wiring/service connection of any complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully DB box of any sizes & capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring for One light/fan point controlled by one switch using stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated Unsheathed complete in & including non metallic rigid PVC concealled conduit 1.6mm thick including all fittings and accessories, using new sunken pressed steel terminal boxes with frame and cover plate of suitable size for mounting of modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc fastened with chromium plated screws and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continues earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting with synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour (as approved by GE) after preparation/Making good of old surface suitable for painting of ceiling fan of any sweep/Make/Model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down the complete ceiling fan with down rod from ceiling hook/Fan box any size /any make/any sweep at any location for carrying out over hauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and refixing the ceiling fan back on the same location & connecting it properly complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repair down rod for ceiling fan and making holes for fixing the nut bolt for 1200/1400 mm ceiling fan as per original pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and rewinding the ceiling fan motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage and replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, nut,bolt&washer etc and testing after reassembling and refixing at its original location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable motor of exhaust fan and rewinding motor of Exhaust fan 300 mm single phase 230 volt motor with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage of any make including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nut,bolt & washer split pin etc and testing after reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down the complete Exhaust fan any size /make/sweep at any location for carrying out over hauling such as cleaning, oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and refixing the exhaust fan back on the same location & connecting it properly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Exhaust fan Louver for 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) including taking down old earthing, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions.

Supply only in replacement of Heating element 2000 Watt triangular / round type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of Thermostate for 25/50 Ltrs capacity geyser and making connection complete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of indicator lamp any size/ type 230 Volts for geyser complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ISI Marked.

Supply only in replacement of PVC connection 600 mm long with PTMT symet nut on both ends suitable to carry water at 60 temperature, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of safety valve ISI marked for any capacity geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of non-return valve 15 mm dia horizontal / vertical type ISI marked, for any capacity geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of sheet metal including single pole and neutal with 02 pin and earth plug and socket complete with 01 single pole 20 Amps 240 volt, MCB complete including necessary fixing arrangement & all incoming and outgoing electric connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only in replacement of 03 core flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm with FR PVC round sheathed multi copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of MS stove enamelled fastener 100 mm long complete with nut, washer & split pin complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 78,388.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
