Fabrication, Providing and fitting of M.S trash guard by way of cutting and arc welding of mild steel angles and square bars with following specification: i. Height of trash guards = 6 feet ii. Width of trash guard = 7 feet iii. Frame of trash guard to be fabricated out of ISA 50×50×5 iv. Vertical meshing of the trash guard to be fabricated out of 12mm thick M.S square bars. v. Gap between two adjacent vertical square bars = 2" Total length of ISA 50×50×5 = 8 mtr Total weight of ISA 50×50×5 (@3.8kg/mtr) = 30.5 kgs Total length of rectangular strip 65mmx5mm = 4.3 mtr Total weight M.S strip(@2.55kg/mtr) = 11 kg Total length of 12mm thick M.S square bars used for mesh making = 60 mtr Total weight of M.S square bars (@1.1kg/mtr) = 66 kgs Providing and fitting of ISMC 75 for proper fitment of Trash guard and to ensure its easy assembling and disassembling at site. Total length of ISMC 75 = 5 mtr Total weight of ISMC 75 (@ 6.8kg/mtr) = 34kgs Total weight of Trash guard = (30.5 + 11 + 66 +34)kg = 141.5 kgs contingencies = 8.5kgs Total =150 kgs Note: The trash guard should be made as per the actual site conditions and the contractor has to take the measurements before taking up the Job

Preparing of surface using blue lamp and metallic sand paper of pumping unit, motor, trash guard, MS Windows and then applying of two coats of red oxide anti corrosive primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of reputed make. Shade of paint to be specified by the site engineer. The firm has also to provide 2 kgs of Grease for lubrication and fitting of Trash guard.

Fabrication & providing of MS operator sleeping beds by way of cutting and electric arc welding of mild steel angle ISA-40x40x5 with height of 1.5 feet and each end length to be fitted with gusset plates of size 80mm x 80mmx5mm with following specifications a. 6 feet x 4 feet Intermediate horizontal (in plus shape) supporting fabricated out of ISA-40x40x5 Total length of ISA-40x40x5= 10.5mtrs@3kg/m=32kgs Job includes fitting of 6’ X 4’ ply board (19 mm Thick ) and 9' x 6' ply baord (19mm) to beds and applying of two coats of red oxide primer then shifting of same to site after its fabrication at workshop. The Job also includes providing and fitting of Thermocol and versa matting of 30sft. The firm has also to provide bedding of size 6'x4' consisting of quilt matress, two pillows, two bed sheets, two pillow covers, two quilt covers.The Jod also includes painting of bed in two coats of primer and one coat of enamel paint
