Cleaning of sewage line/ manholes blockages (including WC, Urinal, Kitchen and bathrooms) systematically using necessary toos mechanical pump and/ or manually such as by rodding, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure gas etc) flushing with water the pipe until water clear the flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps or WC/NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage/ roots of tree etc including all water effluences etc and removing all materials from site of work upto distance n.exc. 50m and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply of sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. These complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools. 2.Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed veichle.

Taking out (desilting) silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid/semisolid state from the manholes/Grease/gully traps of depth not exceeding 1.0 m, including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, sludging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the manhole and taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to a distance out side MOD land and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but for manholes/grease/gully traps of depth exceeding 1.00 m but not exceeding 2.00 m.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but for manholes/grease/gully traps of depth exceeding 2.00 m but not exceeding 4.50 m.

Cleaning of septic tank, filter bed/ soakage well and inspection chambers of any size and depth, getting out sludge (solid/semisolid), bailing out water by mechnical equipement or manual and other accumulated materials complete, washing with the water and disposal of sludge to distance outside of MOD land complete all as directed. Note : Quantity of cleaned dry solid per cum shall be measured and paid. The stack measurements are to be taken as final quantity.

Cleaning of 100 mm bore blocked Sewage lines in any depth by pressure Jet by using mechnical/ hydrulic pressure using Vehicle type hydrulic methods or mordern methods from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eye or cleaning eye to clean eye untill the smooth flow of sewage line is restored including taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluences etc refixing man hole cover and removing all materials from site of work upto a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing in excavated earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as directed.

Bailing out water from existing septic tank of 500 users capacity and filter bed including inspection chamber and getting out sludge and other accumulated materials complete by mannually or using the machinery for work in foul position or in liquid mud and disposal from site all as directed, including refilling with water all as directed.

All as per item No. 10 here-in-above but for Septic tank of 250 users capacity (Note for item No 10 & 11: (i) Sludge to be deposed off outside MoD land in closed container. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of disposal out side MoD land)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of debris to a distance outside of MOD land and depositing where directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance outside of MOD land and depositing where directed.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance outside of MOD land and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in benching / coping including necessary formwork mould and finished exposed surfaces fair and even complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel, drains, and benching in manholes and finishing of exposed surfaces of concrere complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M20 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings and in shelves and the like complete. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate as in cover slab to Man holes set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to soffits and sides of suspended roof slab and the like n.exc 200 mm thick rough finished of concrete flat complete all as directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting 150 mm bore (internal dia) new drain pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregrate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 53 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe.
