Part-B (Survey)

(a) Survey, profiling, allignment, tower spotting, optimisation of tower locations, preparation of tower schedule, check survey, peg marking of loacation, cheking of levels etc.

(b) Preparation of forest case etc.

(c) Classification of foundation including soil testing work etc.

Part-B (Erection)

1. Setting of stub, including all foundation work excluding the cost of concreting and excavation

(a) B type or B type extension tower.

(b) C type or C type extension tower.

(c) D type or Special type tower.

2. Earth work in ordinary soil/earth mixed boulders in excavation by mechanial means (Hydaulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, including all leads and lifts.

3. Dewatering of foundation pits if required

4. Transportation of material (Tower Parts, Conductor, Earth Wire, Insulator & Hardwar accossories etc.) & T&P from store (Kotdwar/Haridwar) to work site including loading, unloading shifting, headloading etc.

5. Super structure erection of 132 KV tower all work above ground level including extensions with proper tightening of Nut & Bolt work include labour and equipment complete in all respect.

6. Destringing of Earth wire and associated hardware accessories from 132 KV Towers as per direction of site Encharge.

7. Cutting, Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping, Jointing etc. complete with single earth wire 7/10 SWG including fixing of clamp, damper and all associated accessories complete in all respect.

8. Destringing of ACSR Panther conductor from 132 KV Towers including dehoisting of dics inslulators and other hardware accessories for complete route of 3 phase single circuit.

9. Cutting, Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping, Jointing etc. complete with single ACSR panther conductor including hoisting of insulators and single or double fittings of insulator and fitting of vibration damper etc for complete route of 3 phase single circuit.

10. Work of strenghtening of tower by providing stays to all three cross arms with the help of steel rope and turn buckle suitable dry place near tower including excavation of earth grouting of stays with all necessary work required in order to ensure safety of tower.

11. Pipe earthing including connecting with G.I 50x6 mm earth strip work also includes all ground work, excavation, refilling etc. (set of 2)

12. Arrangement of road crossing of conductor & earth wire to avoid the road blocking by providing a plateform of bamboo/steel pipe above the road for safe heigh clearance at NH-74.

13. Tag welding on bolts and nuts on first section of tower.

14. Installation of tower accessories.

(d) Anti-climbing device.

15. Providing and laying in position specified grade of re-inforce cement concrete in foundation of Tower include cost of centring, shuttering, finishing, fooming, concreting, curing of water and cost of cement 1:1:5:3 excluding the cost of Reinforcement.

16. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering, material, forming, concreting curing of water and cost of CC for 1:3:6.

17. Reinforcement for RCC work including cost of all size of bars, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in positionand binding all complete upto plinth level cold twisted bars.

18. Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 M3 in size with GI wire 8 gauge BWG confirming to IS: 280 & IS: 4826 in 150 mmx150 mm mesh laid with stone boulders, work complete in all respect as per the direction of site incharge.

19. Back filling of earlier excavated soil in foundation pits, plinth, sides of foundation etc.

20. Dismantling of old existing tower with all associated accessories as per direction of site excharge.

21. Cartage of scrap & balance material (Tower Parts, Conductor, Earth Wire, Insulator & Hardwar accossories etc.) from site to store (Kotdwar) including loading, unloading, shifting, headloading etc.
