Filling inside the room with available earth and compacting with plate compactor/ mini roller compactor in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of all materials (except earth), hire charges of machinery, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT)/ Mild steel (MS) bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine including cost and conveyance of all materials and hire charges of hand drilling machine, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
