SCHEDULE 'A' (SECTION-I) Manning And Operation

Manning operation and comprehensive maintenance of existing sewage treatment plant of capacity 2 MLD including all civil structures/Chambers, connected equipmnets, panels, cables etc as per inventory given in PS here in after, in two shifts( 01 FGM skilled per shift) per day including Sunday and holidays, with all consumable materials including chemicals as required complete all as directed to ensure that treated Sewage meets the parameters given in PS here in after including the following :- (i) Operation of main Sewage Pumping Station and Sewage Treatment Plant complete. (ii) Preventive & breakdown maintanance of all the equiptment by regular Oiling, Greasing etc during the period of work order. (iii) All Installations and sarroundings to be kept neat and clean by removing Shurbs, Grass etc all the time and secunty check to be carried out dailly. (iv) Minor repair such as gland packing/leakage , nut bolts, electric connections if requied at site shall be incuded the quoted rate. (v) To provide oil, grease and required spares for operation and comprehensive mainenance during the period of work order. (vi) To maintenance/ repair/ replacement of all electrical equiptments including Wiring, panels, MCBs, pumps, DG sets and other related E/M items required for satisfactory running of STP. (vii) Display board has to be installed at the installation by the contractor displaying the below mentioned items:- (a) Minium fare wages. (b) Contractor's Name, Firm name (c) Contractor's Mobile Number

(viii) Repair to system in case of break down (due to normal wear and tear) within 24 hours, in case of faluire noticed more than 24 hours, recovery shall be effected @ Rs 500/- per hour beyond 24 hours (ix) Cleaning of bar screen, grit chamber etc and cleaning of tanks etc. (x) To provide adequate manpower for rectification of major problems and Installation will be cleaned on daily basis by broom and broom has to be provide by contractor and cleaning of tanks etc. (xi) To provide all types of T&P required for day to day requirement. (xii) The plant to be tasted periodically and record to be maintain. (xiii)To provide all type of transportation as and when required for handing meterials/equipments etc. (xiv) All types of fire eqpts in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly. (xv) Disposal of all Sludge at suitable frequency outside the defence land , contractor is deemed to have identify the area suitable for disposal of sludge. The cost of the same deemed to have been included in the quoted rate. xvi) The uniform to the worker employed for summer & winter with shoes shall be provided by the contractor. the cost of uniform with shoes shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Note : 1. Properties of incoming sewage and parameters treated Sewage are given in PS here in after. 2. For plant operation electricity and POL ( for DG Sets) shall be issued to contractor free of cost by the depertment and contractor will received the DHPP form MT & filling in the DG sets. (a) All documents like Log sheets, attendence register, Duty roster etc has to be provided and kept updated by the contractor.

Rates required to be quoted for executing the work as described in Item Srl.No. 1.01 here-in-before:-

Worker's wage per person (Minimum Rs. 678.00 per day )

Employees state insurance as per existing rules @ 3.25% on Rs. 678.00

Contribution of Bonus @ 8.33 % on Rs. 678.00

GST as per existing rules @ 18 % on Srl No 1.04 to 1.06

LWC as per existing rules @ 1 % on Srl No 1.04 to 1.07

Over head & profit on Srl No 1.04 to 1.08

NOTE:- (i) Rates shall be quoted only upto two digits after decimal. If any rate quoted/derived by the contractor works out to more than two digits after decimal, then the same shall be rounded off upto two digits after deficmal. The rounding off shall be done in accordance with rules for rounding off of Numerical Values in accordance with IS:02 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS. (ii) 'NIL' or 'Zero' quoting against OH & Profit will be treated as 'Non-bonafide'. (iii) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, action will be taken as per Sch A/BoQ Note No. 20 as mentioned in tender documents. Bidders are advised to read Sch A/BoQ Note No. 18, 19 and 20 mentioned in tender documents carefully before qouting the tender. (iv) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC,Bonus, taxes etc as per specified in Notes of BoQ/ Sch 'A'. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC, Bonus,taxes etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonafide bids only .

(v) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/ State Gove/Union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor as difference between the wages as on last date of bid submission and the increased minimum wages as mentioned here-in-before. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increase will be passed over to the workers. (vi) The Firm's claims in bills regarding Bonus, ESI, EPF, Service Tax should be accompanied by documentary proof pertaining to the previous month's bill. A requisite portion of the bill i.e RAR / final bill amount shall be held up till such proof is furnished, at the discretion of the Accepting Officer.

(vii) The firm shall submit proof of payment given to workers and endorse a copy to Engineer-in-charge, showing the details of payments, deductions (including all statutory deductions) & net amount with requisite challans in each case/person indicating PF number, ESI card detail etc.

( viii) Engineer-in-Charge will maintain the record of attendence in respect of the persons deployed by the Firm on the basis of which wages/ remuneration will be decided in respect of the person at the approved and agreed rates. The firm shall be responsible to keep all records of payment, attendence, leaves etc. duly signed by the Engr- in- Charge and endorse a copy of all the documents with RAR/ Final Bill as applicable.

(SCHEDULE 'A' (SECTION-II) Comprehensive Maintenance

M & L carrying out the Tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve (ii) TSS (iii) BOD (iv) COD (v) Oil & Grease (vi) FC Min (vii) Nitrate CN

Supply only chemicals PAC (Sodium Hypo chloride) required to achieve disired parameter of treated water and required spares for operation of the plant, at least one month requirement of the materials required shall be kept at site at a time etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply only chemicals PE (Poly Electrolite) required to achieve disired parameter of treated water and required spares for operation of the plant, at least one month requirement of the materials required shall be kept at site at a time etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning all tanks (Raw Sewage Tank-02 Nos, treated water tank -02 Nos, equilisation Tank-02 Nos) etc twice in a year shall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-The rates as quoted by the contractor shall be for two times cleaning in a year for the above mentioned tanks.

M &L rewinding of electric motor (submersible 30 HP) with suitable size of super enemalled PVC coated copper wire complete duly varnished, baking providing with insulation paper and V-belts etc includings taking out burnt winding wire complete all as specified by Engineer in charge

Description all as per item serial No 2.05 above but submersible electric motor of 7.5 HP.

Description all as per item serial No 2.05 above but Air blower with 20 HP motor 3 phase.

S & F in replacement of dosing pump of cap 0-55 IPH/0-6 IPH including connected items with new ones complete all as specified by Engineer in charge

S & F in replacement sludge feed pump screw type 4 meter cube/ HR 8 mtr head including connected items with new ones complete all as specified by Engineer in charge
