Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of silent/containerised diesel engine driven generating set with control Panel complete to give an output of 15 KVA, at 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply with power factor 0.8 (Lagging), 1500 rpm, engine as per IS:10001/10002 and alternator as per IS:13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, mounted on common base plate, anti vibration rubber mounting pad complete in all respect with and including accessories and components as specified below including supply & fixing aesthetically designed weather and sound proof acqoustic enclosure with insulation conforming to UL94‐HF1 class for flammability for 15 KVA Generator sets ECO friendly and as per Ministery of Environment, latest CPCB norms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Contractor should responsible for deposited the old BER DG set from old location to MT Yard. M&L for Earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness off 15 cm all around the plate with using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead moulded and retreived to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch / control board at another end with and including 50 mm dia GI light grade from upper end of earth plate upto external face of the wall of the building including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from chamber to upper edge of the plate GI funnel with wire mess fixed on water pipe and provison of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm Dia graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with mild steel round bar 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handle with and including necessarry excavation and earth work including laying the pipe concealed in floor / wall allas per plate NO-3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completiopn (Note:- If the desired resistance is not found earthing shall be done by the contractor at no extra cost to Govt).

Supply and lay in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' of old size for of UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying XLPE insulated LT underground cable of size 3.5 core 95 sqmm, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including of provision of lugs & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing/ bituminous road surfaces for laying cable / GI pipe etc and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation required below paving/ road shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watts, 230 V, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, including taking down old unserviceable LED street light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing brackets for street light fitting made of 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade 1.5m long bend to shape with flat iron clamps 25x 3mm thick, two Nos with nuts, bolts and applying two coats of aluminium painting over one coat of primer, including taking down old unserviceable bracket complete all as specified and as directed.
