Demolition of cement concrete surfaces in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing the debries to out side MD land all as Specified & directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) as in Sub base/floor/hardstanding all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, paving including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified& directed etc.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in PCC padding on roof with using WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Supply only WPC will be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the debries to out side MD land.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick polished area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n. exc 0.42 Sqm, any shade and pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in colored cement to match colour of tile including removing and refixing of doors after necessary cutting as required all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick polished area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n. exc 0.42 Sqm, of any shade and pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and riser to steps etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete removing and including re-fixing of doors after necessary cutting as required all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles7mm thick of any shade and any pattern (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) of area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc- 0.11 Sqm , over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles. complete inculding removing and re-fixing of doors, after necessary cutting as required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic Coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, joint free (edge cut) of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 to 12 mm thick as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles etc complete.

Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or plateform etc all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 18 to 20 mm thick of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, treads jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, with screcd plaster is 10mm thick is CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. other platforms including pointing in white cement or colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite( including moulding etc)

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking platform, and other similar situation.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries to out side MD land all specified and directed.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement plaster 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as on ceilling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, providing Birla white wall care putty 3mm thick to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint etc complete all as specified.

M & L Preparation of new ceiling surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and cornices, by brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified and directed.

All as per item 20 above but on ceiling surfaces.

M & L for preparation of old existing surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above but one coat on ceiling surfaces

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24 above but on ceiling surfaces

M&L preparation of existing treatment of old surface of walls including brooming down , scrapping down smoke ,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water and applying one coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surface of walls by brooming down scrapping down smoke root,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified.

M&L for applying one coat of Plastic emulsion with roller finish on wall surfaces after preparation of old decorative surface complete. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted of steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old decorated existing external surfaces of walls and providing two coats of cement Base paint complete all as specified

M&L for Preparation of old RCC/ concrete surfaces of any description and in any position such as RCC chajja, fascias, balconies, projections etc, by racking out and removing old cracked/ disturbed surface of concrete and applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/ sqm and providing RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary formwork, moulds etc. and finally finishing the work by rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and providing three coats of acrylic emulsion to match the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work is to be carried out at height upto 15 meters. The contractor shall make necessary arrangement for the scaffolding and safety provision and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted rates by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down the shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting the blocked point in the existing sewage line of 150 mm bore and punctured the point not exceeding 1 metre both ways in length in machanically or manually and replacing the chocked line with 150 mm bore RCC NP2 pipe including PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in bed to 150mm bore RCC NP2 drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested etc complete all as specified. including Necessary Manhole/ chambers if required at the point shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant Items).
