BUILDING DEMOLISH WORK

Scraping of Bricks dismantled from Brick Work in lime or cement mortar including T&P, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres. (A.R.-2006, Page No - 214, Item No. - 3)

Dismentaling & removing R.C.C columns beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels, including stacking the useful materials for the reuse and removing the debries within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.-2006, Page No - 221, Item No. - 24)

Dismentaling & removing Doors, Windowss and ventilators including Removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the useful materials for the reuse and removing the debries within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.-2006, Page No - 219, Item No. - 18)

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. (DAR-2023-Page No. 85-Item No. 1.1.18)

CIVIL WORKS (GROUND FLOOR)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings, and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of slumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of servicable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth, with excavated earth in layers including watering and ramming with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, T&P complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
