Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level, conneted to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, cheek nuts and washers of galvanised or iron protected by 15 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and connected to main switch board as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40x40 Cm x 6Cm reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 5 cm c/c with one handle for lifitting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, funnle, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering including charcoal and salt in alternative layers necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I, 2009.

Disconnecting/ taking down carefully ceiling fan from existing position, dismantling, overhauling and cleaning throughly, oiling/greasing and rehanging at same or new locations after replacing split pins, check nuts, rubber seal etc and re- assemble duly connected with new PVC three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076, complete testing & specified all as directed. Note:Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items for burnt ceiling fan as supply only as mentioned below.

M&L for taking out burnt copper winding from ceiling fan of 1200 mm size and rewinding with existing /same guage of super enammeled copper winding wire complete and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball bearing for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 MFD +- 5% 220 Volt AC 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with one coat of spray paint with white enamelled paint on external surface of ceiling fan of any size complete after duly preparing the surfaces by rubbing with wire mesh, washing with soap water including filling cavities with filler one complete including writing of MES Number all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size from existing position, dismantling, overhauling and cleaning throughly, oiling/greasing and re- assemble after repair work etc and rehanging the same duly connected with new PVC three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076, complete testing & specified all as directed. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.

M&L for taking out burnt copper winding from exhaust fan of any size/ type and rewinding with existing/ same gauge of super enamelled copper wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F capacitor 4 MFD ±5%, 440 Volt, AC, 50Hz or suitable one after removing old defective condenser complete in exhaust fan all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with one coat of spray paint with grey/ blue enamelled paint on external surface of exhaust fan of any size complete after duly prepared the surfaces by rubbing with wire mesh, washing with soap water complete including writing of MES Number complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 200mm with blades and frame complete all as specified and directed.
