Conducting routine vertical load test for 1.5 times safe load carrying capacity by means of High Strain Dynamic Load Test including provision and erection of crane- hammer-drop mechanism, acceleration and displacement velocity transducers to record both force and velocity including excavation, dewatering, preparation of pile head including building up of pile, additional reinforcement if any etc. all complete as per approved method (ASTM D4945-89), submission of test report, specifications and instructions of the Engineer for piles of following diameter :

Lateral load testing of single pile in accordance with IS Code of practice IS : 2911 (Part IV) for determining safe allowable lateral load on pile :
Upto 50 tonne capacity pile
Above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne capacity pile
M&L for Reinforcement using TMT CRS bars of Grade Fe–500D of all dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.
Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
MS pipe liner fabricated out of 6mm thick plain MS plate confirming to Fe-410 S by welding, welding the joints, lengthening wherever required, providing stiffners, lifting hooks including all T&P as required, painting with bitumen paint, shifting the same from position to positions required, driving in true vertical alignment in position to the required level for piles complete, all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: MS Pipe line shall be casted as mentioned in drawings. However for payment purpose, the depth of height of liner shall be measured upto cutoff level only irrespective of the depth provided for retaining concrete/ bentonite slurry . The unit rate/lumpsum price quoted shall demmed to include for the same.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 250m and lift upto 1.5m, as in all kind of soil, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
