Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to receive wall tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Anti skid rectified ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick laid in floors jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured epoxy joint filler to match complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in- charge.

Material and labour for Glazed rectified & digital ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x300x10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour epoxy joint filler to match complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non - skid rectified ceramic coloured designer tiles 600x600x10mm thick laid in floors set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor may provide vitrified tiles of make as specified of size 60cmx60cm without any extra cost in lieu of ceramic tiles

All as per Item No. 11 herein before but as in skirting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like on 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.14 herein before but as in treads of stair case in single piece with edges rounded, bull nosed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No.14 herein before but 16mm thick kota stone as in riser of steps in single piece, skirting, dado and pillar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 8mm thick in CM 1:4 using liquid WPC over 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement as on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls by scrapping, rubbing & washing down complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Internal wall care putty in three layers(Three coats of minimum 1 to 1.5mm thick and max 3mm thick) on wall all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic distember over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls by mechanical scraping, washing down with pressure water jet pump and applying a coat of acrylic primer and two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior sealant base coat complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipes of any dia fixed to wall or laid under floors complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including stack clamps of galvanised iron with bolts & nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.35 herein before but refixing old rain water pipes after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stainless steel Kitchen Plate Rack of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm of 0.5mm thick fixed with plugs screws, washers and waster, including necessary Chipping/drilling holes to fix on wall suitable size in wall as per IS specification complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix Plastic water closet seat, solid pattern, black or white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Soap dish any type fixed to plug with chromium plated fitted to walls with CP/ Brass screws all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Jaquar/Prayag or equivalent

Supply and fix sheet glass shelf of 550mm long with chromium plated rail guard complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Jaquar or any other equivalent approved make.

Supply and fix in repairs 75mm PVC floor trap, with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 40mm bore unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kg/cm2 fixed complete to walls as in wash hand basin & sink drain pipes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore dia fancy type pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Cera/ Jaquar/Parryware

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening with complete fittings all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Second class hard wood factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 35mm thick factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel), 2nd class hard wood rail & style with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of 12mm veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a prelam PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, stiles & rails feathered at edges and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing .

Supply and fix Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 20mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding, planed both sides,fixed with nails as in shelves; Partitions and shelves of built-in cupboards, almirahs, book cases, toilet boxes, racks, pelmets and similar work, planed both sides with butt joints complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described applying with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing in metal frame squares n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4, 0.56mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight /stepped flashing (length and girth as fixed) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for filling expansion joints with high performance Polyurethane Sealent- "Master Seal NP 472" of M/S BASF or THIOFLEX 600 " of M/S FOSROC Chemicals India Pvt Ltd, after priming surfaces of concrete with suitable primer over Backer rod of polyethylene foam of dia(dia more than 25% of width of gap of expansion joint) including removal of existing treatment up to any depth(consists of aluminium sheet, bitumen filler board, sealent etc) cleaning the surface from dirt, moisture loose foreign particles etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per manufactures Instructions for the following:-.

Depth of filling of expansion joint is 15mm and width from 20mm to 30mm

Depth of filling of expansion joint is 20mm and width from 31mm to 40mm

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hold fast, window cills complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 150mm aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 200mm aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair tubular towel rail, aluminium anodised, 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary labours and provision of 1No SS butt hinges medium weight of size 50mm; articles n exc 200 cubic cm each all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix aluminium wardrobe hooks (single) 50mm to 60mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Hand rails, stainless steel pipe as on parapet top, drilled and counter sunk for balusters including embedding in concrete & screwing drilling bolting welding riveting etc confirming to 316 L Grade all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing fixed in aluminium window shutters area of each pane n exc 5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium hat and coat hooks, solid body, 175mm to 250 mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium sliding window shutters for two/three track windows made out of aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, EPDM gaskets, automatic flush type lock, nylon rollers and other hardware etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Window frames for sliding windows, glass panes and wire mesh will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Each shutters(glazed shutter and wire mesh shutter) will be measured seperately.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium frame for sliding windows(Two/Three tracks)including joining cleats for fixing & locking arrangements for window shutter etc.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Standard aluminium decco grills with F or C channels including making arrangement for opening window(wt not less than 3 kg per Sqm) grill shall be fixed with suitable clip beading /clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Standard door eye viewer brass CP of size 30/16 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing the surfaces & treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc. with tar or coal tar black paint, area tarred exc 0.1 Sqm but n exc 0.5 Sqm each all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully gratings, holdfasts, ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., area n exc 0.1 Sqm each all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of existing deteriorated decayed tar felt or any other treatment, loose surface & removing the debris to a distance n.exc 50m depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Seven course water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm. Provide and lay 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane not less than 4 Kg / Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm /Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 cm, tearing strength of 180 N, a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping minimum 10 cm side overlap & 15 cm end overlap by torch application over a coat of blown grade hot bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS: 702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm of the surface area. Apply a coat of blown type bitumen and 4 mm thick APP membrane ( both as per above specification) over the above layer. Apply a coat of blown type bitumen (as per above specification) and finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: 10 yrs guarantee certificate to be submitted by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using liquid water proofing compound on roof top all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under undulation of roof top/chajjas complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25Kg/Sqm. Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified membrane not less than 4Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less tha 160gms/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/Scm, tearing strength of 180N, a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end overlap by torch application over a coat of blown grade hot bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied @ 1.2Kg/Sqm of the surface area. Aply a coat of blown type bitumen(as per above specification) and providing cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement with no pigments, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and icluding cement screed bed in CM 1:3, 10mm thick over roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 10 Years guarantee certificate to be submitted by the contractor)

Material and labour for treatment to sunken slab by preparing the surface with 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement. When the plaster is cured and dried up, apply a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg /Sqm confirming to IS 702 over a coat of primer @0.70 kg/Sqm over plaster surfaces and laying APP modified torch applied prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3.60 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified on min 15 cm over lap as in sunken slab treatment. Provide necessary UPVC pipe spout at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall with outer face chamfered complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply ,fix, testing and commisioning stainless steel 63mm dia short branch with 20mm dia stainless steel nozzle ISI marked(IS903-1993)with male instantenious spring lock type coupling(or connection to the hose pipe)on one end and external threading on the other end, 15mm nozzle of SS having screw threaded and hexgonal head in the inlet end to faciliate screwing of nozzle on to the branch pipe as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix hose box(Internal)for keeping 2Nos hose pipe of length 15meter each , branch pipe, nozzle, coupling etc of MS sheet of 18 guage , 800 x 600 x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 guage MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal ball valves 25mm dia all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay GI pipe heavy duty galvanised with all fittings(such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back-nuts, diminishing pieces caps, plugs and unions etc) and fixed complete to walls/ceilings/shaft with suitable stainless steel clamps and stainless steel screws or laid in floor/trench of bore of pipe 25mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Fire brigade inlet connection of 4 way with coupling and pipes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix hose box(external)for keeping 2Nos hose pipe of length 15meter each , branch pipe, nozzle, coupling etc of MS sheet of 18 guage , 800 x 600 x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 guage MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS flanged pipe 100mm NB heavy duty for multi storied building duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Air release valve with two air outlet 100mm bore all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
