RequiredThe bidder /contracting agency should have to prepare for making payments to the engaged workers at least minimum of 2 months, as the departmental process maybe delayed due to administrative reasons

RequiredIf the eligible bidder has to failed follow the above-mentioned condition the contract of the agency will be terminated without giving any notice considering as breaching of agreement
