Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-31, 9 Metre long including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of following works:- (a) Material and labour for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface. (b) Material and labour for writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamelled paint of apprised shade n exc 5 Cm height including numbering of pole all as directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable of 6 sqmm dia PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable of 10 sqmm dia PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCBs , 240 Volts grade , DP ,"C" curve , 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 Cm (15 Cm under the cable & 8 Cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 Cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Labour for horizontal boring of Road/path for cable passing through complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded sto agg.) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) type C2 including necessary form-work, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply/ laid/ fixing in replacement of galvanised steel water tube, light grade bore of dia 80 mm with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply/ laid/ fixing in replacement of galvanised steel water tube, light grade bore of dia 50 mm with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for jointing/ cutting/ welding/ replacing hinges etc all as site required to LT panel made out MS sheet and angle for making smooth opening and closing complete with re-painting as same macthing with exsiting surrface all as directed.

M&L for painting to electric pole steel tubular/ PCC of any length after removing /scraping/ bruses/ cleaning to old paint on external surface in two coats of paint over one coats of red oxide primer by using aluminium paint on steel tubular and cement paint on PCC poles in any height/ length/ dia etc including cross arms/ angles, nut, bolt , washers etc and making alternate strips of yellow and black paint in 30 cm minium width upto 1.5 Mtr above normal GL and writing Pole No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Colour of paint shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.

Decarbonising/ cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various size consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars , checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suiable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replaced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement etc. shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for painting to LT panel of any size by scrapping and removing oil paint and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by taking due complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for spreading crushed coarse stones aggregate upto 40mm grade suitable for substation yard complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LT in replacement overhead PVC line spacers as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches, bushes n.exc 5 Mtr girth all along LT overhead lines/guard wire and removing branches out of defence land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for surface dressing averaging 15cm depth in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting/removal of green vegetation in and around the installations and removal of the soil outside of the installation including spreading thin layer of anti vegetation chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
