Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed of the foundation to the required width & depth & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as per the direction of E.I.C.

Collecting, conveying, supplying clean dry sand of approved quality from approved quarry at work site, conveying the same and filling in foundation and plinth in 9" thick layer well watered and rammed incl. cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of labour & T&P etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C.. ( Measurement will be taken on finished compacted sand.)

C.C.(1:3:6) using 40mm HG metal of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials,cost of labour and T&p etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..( A/R P/43 item 3)

R.C.C.(1:1.5:3 ) using 12mm HGCB chips of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting by means of vibrator, curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, cost of labour and T&p etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..( A/R P/44 item 7 ) Coloumn Base

Cutting, straightening, coiled or bent up T. S. rod for R.C.C. work incl. bending, binding & tying the grills and placing in proper position with cost, conveyance,taxes of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and T.S. rod, cost of all labour & T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.( A/R P/52 item 9 ).

Supplying, fixing and fitting of iron angle trusses, Purlin, M.S. doors shutter frame, windows frame, shutter with grill gate etc. complete including cost, conveyance, T&P and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scraping, old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5M height including cost of material with all cost, conveyance including scaffolding tax, T & P Labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in - charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint to doors and windows over a coat of primer incl. cost of all material,T&P and labour etc complete. ( for Iron work )

Distempering two coats with approved shade incl. cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Weather coat painting two coats with approved paint incl. cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

C.C.(1:2:4 ) using 12mm HGCB chips of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting by means of vibrator, curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials, cost of labour and T&p etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..( A/R P/44 item 7 )
