SS coupling, blank cap, chain, twist release type lug & all accessories conforming to IS:5290. Including fixing with anchor fastener and flanged tapping from wet riser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement SS (Stainless Steel) double head landing valve with 80/100 mm N.B. flanged inlet, SS spindle (IS : 6603) controlled 63 mm dia instantaneous female outlet type. SS coupling, blank cap, chain, twist release type lug & all accessories conforming to IS:5290. Including fixing with anchor fastener and flanged tapping from wet riser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement 63 mm dia instantaneous pattern SS (Stainless Steel) Short branch pipe, 20 mm dia nozzle conforming to IS 903, suitable for inter connection to hose pipe coupling required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Non-percolating rubber reinforced lined fire hose pipe (as per IS : 636) Type-A of 63 mm dia and length as described below. The hose shall be rated for burst pressure of 35.7 Kg/sqcm. Hose shall be complete with ISI marked SS male & female coupling (IS:903) bound & riveted to hose pipe with aluminum rivets & 1.5 mm GI wire. (For Internal Hydrant & External Hydrant). Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable CI Non return Valve of dia 100 mm with GM seat, PN-1.0 ISI marked, including flange joints such as packing, nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable CI Non return Valve of dia 150 mm with GM seat, PN-1.0 ISI marked, including flange joints such as packing, nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valve 80 mm bore class-1 ISI marked confirming to IS-14846 flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN 1.6 having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of swinging type First Aid hose reel in red color drum with 30 mts long and 20 mm dia heavy duty rubber water hose, 20 mm dia gate gun metal valve, stop cock, (IS:778, class - II) terminating with SS coupling & nozzle of 6 mm outlet with shut off valve confirming to IS 8090 - 1976 complete with MS socket for tap-off, drum and brackets (including painting) for fixing on wall with anchor fastener, bolts & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Gun metal fire brigade inlet connection for connecting to external fire hydrant ring main consisting of four way 63 mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check valve and with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of signage shop glow in dark FIRE EXIT sign board with man running arrow symbol and stair of dimension 12" x 6" X 8 mm decorative transparent acralic, including fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Pressure gauge 4" dial 0-14 kgs rating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement air cushioning tank 250mm dia x 1000 mm high with dished top, made of minimum 6mm thick MS pipe/plate complete with 20mm dia. Brass air valve (ball type), 20 mm dia stop valve, pressure gauge with brass stop cock, nipple tees elbows and all accesories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement branch pipe with nozzle of 20mm dia for hose reel conforming to IS 8090 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface all as specified and directed.

Provision of fire point with shade and accessories like as bucket, fire bitter, fire hook, digging tool including earth work. PCC & 02 coat of red paint on all surface & equipment etc (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 0.4 mpa working pressure for 150 mm dia MS pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Yard hydrant Post / Stand Post 80/100mm Dia MS both flanged type including reducer as per site requirement & 1.0 meter height above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil i.e. loose/soft not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No. 24 above but in hard/dense soil/cutting of road/hard standing/breaking of PCC etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling and including spreading, leveling and watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm to achieve desired compactness as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 finished even and smoooth without using extra cement as on brick pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric Centrifugal/Monoblock/High pressure motor of capacities upto 20 HP from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and transporting the motor to workshop for replacement and back, re-installed after replacement including testing complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 29.00 above but of capacity of 50 HP and upto 100 HP

Opening the electric Centrifugal/Monoblock/High pressure motor of capacity upto 20 HP including taking down/out the burnt winding wire , cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight incl replacement of existing size bearings or other mechanical parts etc. including all other insulating material to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 31.00 above but of capacity of 50 HP and upto 100 HP

Disconnecting and De-coupling the Centrifugal/Monoblock/High pressure pump of capacity upto 20 HP,after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc including transporting the pump to workshop for replacement and back, re-installed at existing position after replacement and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 33.00 above but of capacity of 50HP and above upto 100HP complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the Centrifugal/Monoblock/High pressure pump of capacity, upto 20 HP replacementing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the same in original position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-All Spare Parts required to make pump fully functional is deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

All as per item No 35.00 above but of capacity of 50HP and above upto 100HP complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguisher ( ABC Type ) 6 Kgs capacity completewith chromium plated gun metal union(cap), fitted with braided hose and opennozzle with initial charge of Dry Chemical Powder and gas cartridge (STORED PRESSURE TYPE)The extinguisher is internally coated with Lead Tin by electrolitic Process and externally coated with lead tin with Fire red Paint and cylinder bearing No. (IS:15683:2006) and the gascartridge bearing with ISI certitifcation mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 3 pole power contactor type ML-5/6,80-160 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Bimetal over load relay type ML 5/6, starter type MN, relay range 80-160 Amps CT operated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 3 Pole MCCB, 250 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 36 KA microprocessor base release with Icu= 100% ICS incl rotating handle & taking down the existing MCCB complete all as specified & directed

S&F in replacement of 3 Pole MCCB, 400 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 36 KA microprocessor base release with Icu= 100% ICS incl rotating handle & taking down the existing MCCB complete all as specified & directed

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25mmx4mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm.
