Inspection to identify the internal defect of Chiller unit of capacity 270 TR, modal No 19XR make Carrier installed at 184 MH Suratgarh comprising the following:- Decanting of refrigerant into empty cylinder. Dismantling of Diffuser and inspecting the diffuser ring along with compressor Internal Parts By using special tools & tackle and Heavy Labour Including rectify minor fault for smooth functioning of plant if any noticed during inspection. Identify the major unserviceable part if required to be replacement for smooth functioning of the plant. Re-assembling of Compressor immediately & box up same back. Carryout Nitrogen Pressure testing, Vacuum-Imation, Refrigerant Charging. Note:- Inspection shall be carried out by authorized agency of Carrier or OEM complete inspection report along with recommendation to be submitted in triplicate to AGE E/M Suratgarh.
