M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm thick in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bituman (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chips). depth of potholes exc 30 mm all as specified and directed .

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old bituminous surface by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all dirt and loose material etc, having black top surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumin VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surface and material and labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight or total mix laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 ton power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preaparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.50 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20mm with fixing with epoxy, LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror of size 100cm dia made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS/Fibre/Plastic fixed over and including 40mm bore MS pipe of 2.10 Metre heghit(including embedded portion) duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2( Size of PCC 45x45x45) including excavation in earth complete all as specified and directed .

S&F cat eye's dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar delinator with top collar of size 105mm dia and 107 mm height made of polycarbonate clear U V resistant body with mono/poly crystalline solar panel of 4 volts/300 mah and high temperature battery having a backup of 48 hours (after full charging) colour of light - Red/blue/yellow with customisable flashing /binking /still mounted on 1.2 mitre height and 65 mm dia MS powder coated pole & mesh ( 40 microns with two rings of hip type & reflective tape high intensity prismatic) and embedded in ground in 30x30x45cm deep pit (including excavation and removal of soil) filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), removal of old unserviceable delineator complete all as specified and directed.
