Engaging of JCB 3DX Excavator on hire basis for removal of ramps, steps and earth work excavation including cost and conveyance of all charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per the directions of Departmental Authorities.

Earthwork in excavation for roads as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH ( By Manual )

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

Collection and spreading of Sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site all labour charges and stacking to departmental guage etc., complete as per SS.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, machine mixing charges, curing charges etc., complete as per S.S.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS and as Directed by the Departmental Authroties.( APSS No.126).

Vibrated cement concrete M 30 grade design mix using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, ting, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C.C Pavement.

Supply and placing Poly Sheet (separation membrane of impermeable sheeting) 125 Micron thick under CC Pavement slab including cost of conveyance etc. complete, including over head and contractors profit etc complete.

Supply of 25 mm thick high performance, expansion joint filler board ( SILFLEX CAPELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminous hot sealing compund (Grade 'A' ISI)/ polysulphide at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyace of all materials and labour charges for placing in position for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification . -1 Rmt of joint length I).

Supply of Bitumenious hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI) / polysulphide and sealing the joints including cost and conveyance of all material etc., including labour charges for placing in position for contraction joints at-4.50 M interval / for expansion joints/ for longitudinal joints Os per MORTH specification No. 602.

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 2.00 Km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but exclding stacking charges etc., complete.
