Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of 132 KV, 3 pole outdoor class SF6 Circuit Breaker of 2500 A rated normal current and breaking capacity 2500 MVA rated symmetrical breaking current 31.5 KA, asymmetrical 40 KA with required motor operated spring charging closing mechanism complete with Galvanized supporting Structure and standard accessories & tools complete with all accessories.

33 KV, 1-ph, outdoor type, oil cooled,wound primary type CT as per IS 2705

Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of 33 KV,1600 A breaking capacity, outdooe type SF6 Circuit Breaker complete with motor operated spring closing ( Local / remote) arrangement with all accessories & supporting structure complete operative on 110 DC

Indoor type 11 KV vaccum Circuit breaker, Control & relay panel simplex type, 350 MVA rupturing capacity, 1250A rated current, complete with electrical closing mechanism with internal wiring, one set of triple pole combined overcurrent & earth fault IDMTL relay, auxilliary relays, master trip relay, 3- ammeter, power factor meter, TVM (ER-300P), 2- core CT with ratio 300-200/1-1A with integral earthing facility and internal arc tested for Outgoing Pannel.

Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of Single core 400 sqmm, Al. conductor, 6.35/11 KV (E) XLPE insulated, outer PVC sheathed Power cable with earth system.

Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of Out door type heat shrink cable jointing kit for 11 KV XLPE cable of size: 400 sqmm single core

Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of In door type heat shrink cable jointing kit for11 KV XLPE cable of size: 400 sqmm single core

Sub Station Earthing materials complete as per requirement of installed Transformer.

i) 40 mm Dia, 6 mtr long MS Rod / GI Pipe Earthing Electrode and GI flat of required size.

120 KV, Single phase 50 Hz heavy duty station type Surge Arrester type LA complete with associated standard Surge counter solidly grounded neutral system with surge counter and terminal connector.

30 KV, 10 KA heavy duty station type surge arrester complete with associated standard surge counter.

Substation yard lighting with high mast lighting arrangements by 25 meter high mast post LED 200 watt lamps in 6 (Six) wing complete including control gear, switch gear, lamps, Lightning Protection arrangement, cables etc. Including foundation.

GROUP- C (CIVIL WORKS)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All Kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level: a) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level: a) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :- a) Foundation , footings bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to floor five level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-eqalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and diposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 mtr and lift up to 1.5 mtr All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade All work upto plinth level:excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. a) 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:-
