No claim on account of fluctuation of prices due to war or any other cause shall be entertained. No claim for any labour rendered idle on account of stoppage of work or any other reasons shall be entertained.

The contractor shall be responsible for safety of labours and compliance of any other laws as applicable.

The payment will be made on the basis of actual nos. of workers deployed & mandays can be increased/decreased depending upon the site requirement

Overall lowest bidder will be considered as L-1.

The negotiations if required shall be held with the lowest (L-1) Tenderer only.

GST will be paid extra by PSPCL at the prevalent rate.
