Dismanting of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Bath WC etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L of brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius bult in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster/Dado(terrazzo) on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrugbbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removel of existing old water proofing treatment of sunken portion surface and preparation of old concrete surface by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken portion of Bath & WC including preparation of surface and mix with water proofing compound and fair without using extra cement, for sloping purpose complete all as specified.(WPC shall be measured & paid separetaly)

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on on fair faces of brick work or concrete and mix with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth using neeru finish to plastering as specified as in sunken slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(WPC shall be measured & paid separetaly)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for application of Perma hepercreate with cement on bath room floor slab and sunken portion, ratio (1:1) hypercreate and cement, surfaces finished smooth complete all as specified and directed Make- PERMA or equivelent

M&L for application of 'Perma guard' with mash fibre jalli two components water proofing coating material applied in two coats to a thickness of 1mm material (Perma guard) used @ 4 sqft/kg. Perma guard is two component chemical (8:2) 8 kg powder and 2 liter liquid complete all s specified and directed Make- PERMA or equivelent

M&L for application of second coat 'Perma guard' with mechenical mixing ensured pinhole freee coating avoid mixing of ingradient of packing in part consume the mixed material used within 30 minutes complete all as specified and directed Make- PERMA or equivelent

Material and labour cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete in sub base concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick, joint free (square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of wall of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450 X 350 X 7mm/450 X 300 X 7mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick /concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made PVC internal UPVC (rigid) door frame of the size 100mm x 45mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick, PVC sheet of density 600kgs/cbm manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company, mitre cut at two corners and joined with 4 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x15mm M.S. square tube of 19 guage through out the frame .The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S. screws through the frame by using anchor fasteners.A minimum of 4 nos .of screw to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 nos. for horizontal members etc. complete as per manufactures specification and direction of Engr-in-charge.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
