Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots scrapping down with sand paper and washing down with water or cleaning with cloth and applying one coat of anti corrosive enamel paint in camouflage pattern over 10 cm width or girth, including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as speciified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, white or any tinted as in (camouflage pattern), including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as speciified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surface of description over 10 cm width or girth by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, white or any tinted as in, including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as speciified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic (Exterior Grade), white or any tinted as in (camouflage pattern), over a coat of cement based primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows,letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, acua based white or golden yellow including preparation of new or untreated surface by rubbing and washing complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete type A1 (1:1.5:3), 40 mm thick, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate,finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 40 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade"A" complete all as specified land directed by Engg-in-charge.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified land directed by Engg-in-charge.
