General Notes: 1) The Tentative/Suggested makes have been specified in the tender document based on requirements of BARC, desired performance, detailed study of the technical parameters, manufacturing process, quality assurance/control & testing. The list is merely for guidance purpose. However, the bidder(s) can prefer any other make(s) which is/are meeting technical specifications given under Section-V, this schedule of Quantities (Schedule 'B') and shall conform to the technical Parameters/performance of the tentative/suggested makes and / or shall conform to the relevant BIS codes or other relevant codes. In case of non-approved makes(s), the bidders(s) shall suggest such equivalent/alternate make/brand, meeting above -mentioned technical parameters, during pre-bid stage and before submission of bid(s) 2) Rates to be quoted by the bidders should be exclusive of GST for all the items but inclusive of all other taxes, duties, CESS, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statue for all the items.

Conducting survey work for fixing of revenue boundary of BARC colony land in ravipalem and Dopperla villages of Atchutapuram mandal with reference to revenue records/FMBs and fixing the boundaries on ground with boundary pillars for construction of boundary wall. Cost quoted shall include coordination and laisoning with revenue/APIIC/etc to obtain the records/FMB/data all necessary to complete the job including labour charges. scope shall also include jungle clearance along the boundary whereever necessary Note: cost of boundary pillars will be paid seperately under item no(6)

Detailed topographic survey and submitting report including Conducting survey with TOTAL STATION/DGPS/GPS X,Y,Z instrument and to complete the following scope: (i) Apex to Apex traverse showing all salient features viz permanent structures, roads, existing structures/buildings/huts, boundary walls, paved areas, culverts, nallas, rivers, other water bodies (vagu/cheruvu/gedda), electric poles(LT/HT), LT/ HT lines, transformers, septic tanks, STP, WTC, Telephone lines, worship places, sewer lines, strorm water drains, water supply lines, manholes, marking of Trees including type of tree & girth diameter at 1m height, other vegitation, any other features and establishing True North at site including clearing all bushes, shrubs as directed for conducting survey work only and preparation of drawings in AUTO-CAD format, (ii) Taking levels at every 5mx5m grid in the given plain area & 3m x3m grid in case of foot hills including clearing of bushes, shrubs etc. wherever necessary to take up the survey work & preparation of drawings in AUTO-CAD format, (iii) Plotting of contours at 1.0m Intervals using TOTAL STATION only and preparation of drawings in AUTO-CAD format, (iv) Submission of 3 hard copies of signed drawings in colour along with Auto CAD drawings in CD format and data, etc. as instructed by the Engineer in charge. The cost also includes transferring of the permanent benchmark to the required locations complete as directed by the Engineer in charge . Note: cost of benchmark pillars will be paid seperately under item no(7)

Prepare and submission of combined FMBs and Sub division records including liasoning with officials of Revenue Department (Atchutapuram/related) to obtain details for preparation of FMBs. Cost including submission of signed copy, signature by the authenticated competent authority from Revenue department. Note: Cost will be paid on Acre basis, the area to be calculated as per the signed FMB submitted.

Supply and Fixing of boundary pillars (stones/CC) (minimum size of 150x150x750mm) at every 30m interval and at change of angle and at various other locations as required by BARC including necessary painting&marking and embosing on pillar. Cost including all labour charges, transporting, excavation, back filling, fixing pole in earth etc., as directed by EIC.

Setting up of GTS benchmarks at various locations in the site as given by EIC at site in coordination with Government agencies. Cost including liasoning with agencies and establishing bench mark as per government norms. Also cost including construction of RCC (8 Nos 12mm dia with 0.3m bend at bottom + 8mm at 200c/c) pillar of size 0.75mx0.75mx1.2m (above ground) and 0.75mx0.75mx0.9m (below ground level), fixing & anchoring of SS Plate of size 150mmx150mmx6mm on top of the pillar, providing band all around plate, marking, punching on plate etc., all labour charges, transporting, excavation, back filling etc., complete as directed by EIC.
