Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 :6, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels of drains, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Reinforced concrete pipes OD dia 450mm, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Hard-core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n. exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n. exc 20cm wide rough finished, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; rough finished flat surfaces not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 150mm thick, type B-2, 1:2:4 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC (Nominal Mix type B-1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs, of any thickness, size or shape including necessary form work, set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for double charged vitrified heavy duty parking tiles with light shade 12mm thick Square or Rectangular size 300mm x 300mm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting holes into or in brick walls built, in cement mortar or cement lime mortar not exc 150 sqcm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where-ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new or complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium Acrylic emulsion paint having VOC 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali and Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with Silicon Additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) not exceeding 0.5 Cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm deep in hard/dense of soil, including removing the excavated material, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as bed plates to vertical steel posts, etc. including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) size of capacity is 10000 ltrs, hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
