SH-I (Comprehensive Maintenance )

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 1.5 / 2 TR Window / Split / HSAC units / Free Cooling Units installed at various GSM BTS Sites / exchanges under including attending fault on Comprehensive basis covering all items such as incomer MCB, Voltage stabilizer / controller / wiring / compressor / filter etc attached with existing AC / Free Cooling units of following size , incl. cleaning of Filter for FCU etc. as required for proper working of units , as required. (i) 1.5TR Window / Split AC Units ( Duration 12 Months x 136 Nos. per Months )

(ii) 2TR Window / Split AC Units ( Duration 12 Months x 2 Nos. per month )

SH-II (Call base Repair ) Replacing of following faulty parts with brand new spares suitable for 1.5 / 2.0 TR WINDOW AC units i/c credit of non returning of faulty parts i/c testing, commissioning etc. as reqd. i)Blower fan motor for WAC

Blower Servicing & Cleaning of 1.5 / 2 TR Split AC Units / 2 x 1.5 TR High Sensible AC Units of various BTS/TE Buildings at City area and Rural area including taking out Window AC out side ,blowring out all dust from the complete units and put in working condition etc. complete as required.

Providing /charging(Topping up of Gas) with R 22/R134 gas for existing AC unit for topping up incl. attending leakage if reqd. etc.

Replacement of 50 mm thick 600 mm x 600 mm microvee type washable synthetic filter inside the GI frame having efficiency above 90% down to the particals of 05 microns suitable for FCU installed in BTS shelter.

Supplying and fixing of Auto sequential programable mode Micro controller for two Nos. 1.5/2TR WAC/Split A C units with built in cylic timer ( 4Hrs) capable of operating on 230 Volt, 50Hz single phase A C supply having inbuilt features of temperature sensor with settable over temperature alarm and potential free contacts for extension of the alram High and low voltage cut off arrangement, over load tripping, housed in M S box of appropriate size fabricated out of 16 guage M. S. sheet powder coated having power relays for operation on 100% A C current with 20% over load including making intreconnectoions with 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed coper conductor wire of 2.5 sqmm cross section with following LED indications etc.complete as required. (BSNL approved make) ( Item shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge before installation).

Replacement of faulty SPN MCB C series 25 Amps in existing DB as reqd.

Site Visit for checking and attending the defects / faults with minor petty material (Costing below Rs 100/-) including attending minor complaints / faults at various BTS / Exchanges, damage of control wiring of Split AC / AC Pkg Units by the rat cutting etc. as below etc. complete as required (For payments for this item, faults must be attended) .
