Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Demolition of brk wk built in cement mortar

Demolition of cement conc (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Removing deposited soil/debris from the bed of the drain and clean the surface with water etc complete. The average depth of deposited soil is exc 15cm but n exc 30cm.

Demolition of reinforced cement conc of any description and in any position.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces including racking out jointing hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L brick work with sub class 'b' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cm 1:4

M&L cement conc Type B2 (1:2:4) (40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channel and drains.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished to drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm ditto.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work and the surface is finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement conc type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping etc complete.

M&L 40mm thick (average) plain cement conc type B-1, 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in bed of drain and the surface is finised even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs [for manholes etc], chullah hoods, Chajjas, water troughs, mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces including formwork, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars cut to length bent to shapes as required including bending cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
