Augoring and boring of holes in site for Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. Piles for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils without under reams as per IS 2911 - 1980 as per approved designs including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, augur bore drill and shell equipment, etc, complete for all depths and for finished item of work for piles of following diameters etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Supply and placing of M20 grade the Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all materials all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding Seignorage Charges (PILES)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 500/500D grade) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126) etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

Brick work in CM (1:6) mix using second class bricks for approved kilness including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges and watering etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

Providing Plastering CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, seignorage and labour charges for mixing mortor, watering, curing excluding CP & TP on seignorage charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding Seignorage Charges

Painting ot New Walls with Two coats of Plastic Emalusion paint of Approved Brand and shade after throughly Brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered meterials cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc., As per S.S.911 and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work for external walls

Manufacture,supply,delivery of MS grill gates,window ornamental safety grill ,made with MS flats,MS angles,MS squares etc including welding, finishing, applying red oxide paint as primary coat etc complete unit etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at once and compacting with Hand roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD with Gravel as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding seigniroage charges.

LAWN/SHURB/GROUNDCOVERS/TREE/TOPIARY/PALMS/: Supply, Delivery of specified plants as per directions of officer in charge at site including cost of plants and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete. (as per quatation rates) with out GST
