BLD-CSTN-5-17-(55): Brick Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc., complete with a compresive strength not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls.

BLD-CSTN-9-6-(104) : Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-9-18-(116) : Providing Dadooing / skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height/risers of steps with glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 200 x 300 mm / 245 mm x 325 mm / 250 mm x 375 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs length equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-12-3-(170) & amendment; Painting to walls with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit and shade over existing base coat of water based primer of exterior grade-2 of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE SOLID SINGLE SIDE PRELAM PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made from MS. Tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mmX19mm for stiles, and 15mmX15mm for top and bottom rails. The MS. Frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. MS. Frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded single side Prelam Pac ‘C’ channel of size 30mmX50mm to form stiles.5mm thick& 75mm wide single side prelim Pac sheets shall be for the top, bottom and lock rails. All stiles, rails and beadings are to be joined to the panel using solvent cement etc. an additional 5mm thick Pac strip of 20mm width to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C” channel using Pac solvent cement adhesive and 10mm(5mmX2) thick, 20mm wide cross Pac sheet to be fitted as gap insert for top and bottom rail etc. complete as per direction of Engineer –in-Charge, manufacture specification and drawing. TBSP-H.II-69 : Supply and fixing of PVC Nahani trap 1st quality ISI marked conforming to IS:1729-1979 with C.P grating fixing with white cement as per site requirements with standard practice for 100mm dia inlet - 75mm (3") out let pippe 4kgs make with aluminium grating in cement concrete including cost and conveyance of all material to site, all labour charges etc., complete.

TBSP-H.II-01 : Providing & Placing on Terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank with Double layer approved brand & manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings & base support for tanks.
