CTI Approved Cooling Tower

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of CTI Certified FRP Induced draft,counter flow type cooling towers. VALVES AND FITTINGS

TEST POINT Supply Installation testing and commissioning of test points for measuring chilled water pressure and temp. Test Point shall be of brass construction, 1/4" BSP with NEOPRENE sealing bushes and shall be provided with screwed cover.

Butterfly valve Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following C. I. Butterfly Valves Class PN-16 wafer end type, with replaceable EPDM seat, shaft conforming to AISI:304,nut& bolts etc. in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported. The valves should have feasibility of changing the inner lining if worn out and the handles should have lock able facility confirming to BS:5155. Make: Danfoss/ Honeywell/ L & T/ Advance.

BALL VALVE WITHOUT STRAINER WITH INSULATION The ball valves with long stem, handles and threaded joints shall be of PN16 class and insulated with nitrile rubber. Draining of the pipes is considered under this line item. Make: Danfoss/ Honeywell/ L & T/ Advance.
