Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of new, unused 3 phase, 415V, 50 HZ, 200 KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set comprising of Engine, Alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB-II approved acoustic enclosure including all interconnection between Generator and AMF panel etc having following specification: A. DIESEL ENGINE Diesel Engine developing 248 BHP Liquid cooled, four stock, Electric start, 6 Cylinder, Turbo Charged & air cooled model. (Make: Cummins/Kirloskar / Ashok Layland/ Mahindra/Grives.) RPM- 1500 Type of Cooling- Liquid Cooled(EG Compleat 50:50). Air intake system -- Air intake manifold with air filter system. Coolant System -- Engine Water pump , radiator , coolant additive concentrate , By pass thermostat. Lubricating System- Provided with Oil pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil Fuel System- Comprising of MICO fuel pump with electronic governor, 12V solenoid coil and replaceable fuel filter. Starting System- 2x12V DC electric starter and 2x12V Battery charging alternator. Coupling & Fly Wheels- Befitting coupling, Fly wheel & Fly wheel housing

Safety Control- Comprising of protection against low lube oil pressure trip, high water temperature trip & Emergency stop switch. Exhaust System- Provided with turbo charger & residential exhaust silencer with flexible bellow and companion flanges inside the acoustic enclosure. Lub oil consumption- Should be < 0.3% of S.F.C. Power Start Control: (i) Provided with Microprocessor based generator set monitoring & control system mounted in the Genset Control Panel. (ii) LED Lamp indication for GENSET RUNNING REMOTE START, SHUT DOWN, WARNING MANUAL, AUTO & STOP. (iii) Data Log includes Engine run time & Controller on time. (iv) Engine Data Display Arrangement - Starting Battery Voltage, Engine Running Hour, Engine Temperature & engine oil pressure.

B. ALTERNATOR Synchronous Alternator 200KVA rating , (Stamford / Leroy Somer/ Kirloskar /ABB/ALSTOM. make) suitable for continuous operation At 1500 RPM , 415 Volts, 0.8 P.F ( lag) 50 Hz. , 3 Ph, 4 Wire system. The Alternator shall be Brushless type, self excited & self regulated through an AVR : • Voltage Regulation: ± 1% (max.) in static condition. • IP : 23 protection with class “H” insulation . • Permanent lubricating bearing . • Permissible over load of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation . C. AMF CONTROL PANEL : (External) Comprising of Powder coated sheet metal body of thickness 16 SWG, capable of switching over within 15 seconds and comprising of required 4-P MCCB power contactors, bus bars, automatic battery charger, overload relay, fuse switches, switch, indicating lamps, ON delay timer for load change over OFF Delay timer for engine shut off, under voltage relay etc. as required.

Supply of 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [ Make Polycab / Nicco / Fort Gloster] 185 Sq. mm [ NS ]

Laying of cable35 sqmm upto 185 sqmm in underground trench as per GS for the following numbers of Cables. [ 1(b)/ F- 2 ]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland and finishing those for following XLPE / PVC armoured cable (2/4 / 3.5)Core as per GS. 4Core 185 Sq. mm [7(c)/F4 & 8(b)/F5]

upply & Laying of 1.1 KV , one no. 10 Core 2.5 sq. mm. PVC/A Copper Cable in an underground trench 460 mm wide X 760 mm avg. depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 Nos. brick per mtr. incl. filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil , leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. ( From DG set to AMF Panel)

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts (For Neutral Earthing)

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe[2(a)/G-1] (For Body Earthing)

Supplying & fixing of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm for earthing connection between the body of the DG Set and earth electrode complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, etc. as required. (For Body earthing)

For connecting the neutral of DG set to earth electrode including S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape [6(c)/G-3] (For Neutral earthing)

S & filling HSD for immediate run &testing of DG set.

S&F 415v, TPN on load front operated changeoverbswitch with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc. 415A L&T D-2/3(a)

S&F 80 mm medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necy. fittings & jointing metarials as reqd. as to GS ( 11 8 / F 5)

Labour charge for Road Cuting & road boaring ( NS)

Warranty Certificate from OEM should be submitted by the eligible/successful bidder at the time of execution of work
