Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts. The rate is inclusive of octrai,royality malkana toll tax,GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes(seventy five Tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (bitumen of Grade VG-10) @ 5.50 percent by weight of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.509 in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts other incidentals (Cement will be used as filler @3% of weight of aggregates prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity ) The rate is inclusive of octrai,royality malkana toll tax,GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
