Outsourcing of services for the operation of DG sets complete (as mentioned here in after) installed at the DIBER field stn Pithoragarh for round the clock in three shifts of 8 hours duration per day {i.e. three shifts a day ) commencing from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs & from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs by employing one ITI qualified FGM/ 10 years experience in the relevant trade in each shift including routine maintenance of DG sets and equipment installed at various installations and upkeep the installation, operational and working conditions, maintain day to day record of maintenance activities in log sheet etc , complete all as specified and directed
Note :- (a) Diesel Engine Generator sets of 35 KVA and 30 KVA capacity with mannual starting for feeding electric supply to Technical Laboratory building, Adm building etc during failure of electric supply from UPCL and in low voltage problems & Operator will carefully monitor all LT Pannels/Change over swithch/Incomming & outgoing MCCBs etc. (b) Contractor shall be responsible for repair of DG Sets with minor faults. In case any major fault which is beyond the control of operator, he will immediately intimate the same to Engr-in-Charge/Concren JE. (c) Log books shall be maintained for DG sets seprately on pucca bond register cost of which shall be included in the unit rates of Schedule A (d) POL (DHPP) shall be issued under schedule 'B' free for filling by department
General notes for contract:- (i) Contractor will make the payment of tradesmen/operator/mazdoor through bank account only though ECS/NEFT/Cheque. Bank statement in respect of payment made to all employees/labours will be submitted 5th day of every month after payment and before RAR payment. (ii) A certificate as per given in PS clause for paying the EPF to all employees/labours be submitted by contractor before claming RAR payment. (ii) Group insurance of employed labours/tradesmen will be done by contractor and the copy of the same be submitted in the office as per labour regulation act. (iv) ID proof and a police verification of all labours/tradesmen/supervisor be submitted in AGE(I) office immediately after acceptence of tender to issue security passes.
