M&L Examining concrete by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 5 -10 mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing unsound weak/ loose concrete/ cover & concrete around the rebars upto 10 mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete, daily cleaning and stacking of debris at prescribed location in polypropylene/ paper bags, disposing off the debris so generated on weekly basis outside the premises, etc, complete all as specified and directed necessary scaff -folding complete all as specified and directed

M&L Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/ crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repairedcomplete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.complete all as specified and directed.

M&LSealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalnt solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Grouting injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection-liquid at damp substrate location, based on high strength epoxy resin Sikadur®-53 UF or equivalent by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 500 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 882 and should have below properties. Compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 30 N/mm2 (after 14 days at +30°C cure) (According to ISO 527); Tensile Adhesion Strength >8 N/mm2 (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure. Seal the nozzle with Sikagard 694 F (I) or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Sika RustOff 100 or equivalent rust remover with brush on the existing rebar for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days including surface preparation. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L Providing and Application of Sika Friazinc R or equivalent as passivator/ Anti corrossion coating to the steel reinforcement shall be applied . The material shall be two component,cement based polymer modified two component coating for corrosion protection.The material shall be prepacked and ready to use. It shall be fully compatible with the reinstatement methods adopted complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.This shall include surface preparation and errection of steel porps as required for the application. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L of two component solvent free epoxy bonding agent Sika Sikadur 32LP or equivalent for bonding old to new concrete . The ready to use epoxy bonding agent shall be applied over old concrete using brush after cleaning of surface of all dust or latiance.The material is supplied as a two part material in preweighed quantities for ready onsite mixing and use. The material shall exhibits the following properties Compressive strength 50 N/mm2 at 7D Flexural strenght 35N/mms at 7 D , Shear strength 10N/mm2 at 7D and Tensile strength 20 N/mm2 and Bond Strength of 10N/mm2.The new concrete shall be placed within the open time as specified by the manufacturer to ensure maximum bonding and application shall be as per the manufacturer instruction , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness of 25mm by hand or spray application by Providing and applying Sika MonoTop®- 122F single component, fibre reinforced, sulphate resistant, low shrinkage, high performance cementitious structural repair mortar.

Providing & Applying of SikaTopseal 107 or equivalent inside of the wall & floor of the tank, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating certified for portable water in three coats with glass fiber mesh of =>45 GSM . The thicknessof coating shall not be less than 1.5mm. (Note:- Scaffolding, debris disposal and enabling items will be paid separately). complete all as specified and directed.

Applying three coats Sikagard67 or equivalent, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside. The coating shall be applied using roller brush application. complete all as specified and directed.

Anti-Carbonation Protective Coating for Exterior Providing, and applying single component, high build, elastomeric, crack-bridging, resistant to CO2 & SO2 and Chloride ion diffusion, UV resistant, breathable acrylic coating, with elongation at break exceeding 200% Sikagard - 550 W IN applied in two coats (each coat 100 micron DFT) on acrylic based primer at an average total thickness of 200 microns DFT in two coats including acrylic resin based primer Sikagard® 552 IN Primer W as per the recommendation of the manufacturers. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, scaffolding/ temporary supports/working platform etc., complete as per specification and as directed.

Repair of column & beam for large section. Providing and erecting steel props (up to full height, braced at centre, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepration of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak / loose concrete/cover of reinforcement and removal of debries to a designated location (upto full height) block to support the structure proisionally during repair work and maintaining them in positioin till required, complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Scaffolding, debris disposal and enabling items will be paid separately).complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Clean existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, diet etc, complete and proving, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Sika RustOff-100 or equivalent with a coverage of 350gm/sqm on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and forma corroson resistant, insoluable and adherant protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and application of zinc rich epoxy antocorrosive protective coating for rebar corrosion protection system Sika Friazinc R® or equivalent in 2 coats of 0.4 kg/m2. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of crack present at site over crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. complete all as specified and directed. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column to be repaired. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalnt solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete Section Buildup with Jacketing of column & beam by microconcrete and High performance structural mortar in small sections. M&L Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacture specification including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge with with Sikadur®-32 LP in consumption of 0.4 kg/m2. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C and bond strenghth should be 10 MPa.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness of 40mm by hand or spray application by Providing and applying Sika MonoTop®-122F single component, fibre reinforced, sulphate resistant, low shrinkage, high performance cementitious structural repair mortar.complete all as specified and directed.
