Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in cement concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement : five coarse sand) : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetetre nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel wire gauge shutter in z-section using galvanizes M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 95G with wire of dia 0.56mm (Zero point fifty six millimetre ) for doors, windows and clerestory windows with metal beading of approved quality and shape section with necessary screws and applying a primer coat with red lead paint complete as per approved specification/design within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. 6 mm (Six millimetre) cement plaster 1:3 (One cement : three fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm(Twenty millimeter ) cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (One cement: Six fine sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
