Refurbishment of GVMC (ODIA) School in HSL Colony with CSR Fund

Removal of old paint by machine scrapping and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, holes etc. item includes necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required etc., complete all as directed by Engineer Incharge

Apply one coat of premium quality Acrylic Interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed Engineer Incharge

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proof Acrylic Exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (All guard) where ever specified by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Providing two (02) coats of synthetic enamel paint to Doors, Windows and MS grills etc., where ever specified (on wood surface / on steel surface) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Shalimar / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old / New work including applying prime coat complete all as directed. (Item includes scrapping of old paint by using buffing machine and providing wooden putty upto smooth surface) complete all as directed.

Remove the existing damaged plaster up to required thickness including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing the surface of the internal & external walls where ever required etc., complete, including disposal of rubbish outside the HSL premises etc. Complete all as directed.

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights and where ever required etc., including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing and laying haunches, Screed concrete (1:2:4) in all horizontal junctions on terrace and finishing with cement mortar of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) with waterproofing component etc., including the cost of finishing and including cost of material and labour complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of snowcem paint of required colour to external walls including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing 15 mm dia bore Brass C.P bib cocks of standard quality with 15mm dia bore of approved make confirming to IS:893 and Complete all as directed. (Jaguar/ parryware/Hindware/Plaza)

Repair and re-fixing the damaged Wooden door/Window frames along with hold fasts and make it finish with neat cement mortar complete all as directed. (The required wooden frames will be issued free by HSL, but contractor has to arrange the loading and unloading the material from store to site)

Repair and re-fixing the damaged Wooden door/Window shutters. (The required wooden frames will be issued free by HSL, but contractor has to arrange the loading and unloading the material from store to site) (Item includes required butt hinges, handles, tower bolts etc.,)

Water Tank cleaning & Bleaching

Cleaning of septic tanks located in the proposed quarters in colony by the way of mechanical means (Septic clean) van or any type of method including dumping the same into outside dumping area. After cleaning the tank removed cover will be placed on the man holes chamber duly plastering the sides etc., complete all as directed

Supply and fixing of 25 mm thick 750 x 2000 mm size, PVC doors with frames & shutter for toilets (Sintex or equivalent make) including required aluminium aldrops, towerbolts, handles and butt hinges etc., complete
