REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLE LT PANELS AND ALLIED WORKS AT INA EZHIMALA

M&L for taking down the unserviceable LT UG cable of size upto 300 sqmm 3.5 core/04 core including removing electrical connection and keeping side serviceable cable including removing cable protection cover etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for relaying of existing useable cable retrieved from item No. 01 above in the existing trench complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No. 1 & 2 :- Necessary earth work shall be paid under relavant items under below.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The excavation has to be done manually only.

M&L for returning and filling in including levelling watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading river sand or riddled earth for cushioning of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay PCC unreinforced cable cover of size 250 mm x 150mmx40mm, class LV type I flat for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Relaying of PCC unreinforced LT cable cover of size 250 mmx150mmx40mm obtained from item no 1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying LT cable in trench/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles, lugs,glands XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured LT 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductors of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bus bar chamber outdoor type of size 60cmx 60cmx45cm, made out of 3mm thick MS sheet with 630 Amp rated copper busbar with necessary insulators mounted on 25x25x 6mm thick angle iron legs fixed in PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bus bar chamber outdoor type of size 45cmx45cmx30cm , made out of 3mm thick MS sheet with 400 Amp rated copper busbar with necessary insulators mounted on 25x25x6mm thick angle iron legs fixed in PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.5 Mtr and depth 0.7 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hard using premix bituminous as required at site to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Before using the hand drilling/ breaker machine diamond cutter will be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in replacement of GI tubing light grade 50 mm nominal dia in trench/road/pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, scrapping out the faded/rusted old paint from the LT panel using wire brush, emery paper, and prepare the surface for painting, applying one coat of aluminium paint over the surfaces including bolts and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Repair/Replacement, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated compartmentalized cubicle type out door LT panel with canopy, fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel with necessary angle iron frame work 50x50x5mm, weather proof vermin proof and suitable for operation on 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire AC supply system complete with gland plates, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, bus bars, inter connections, earthing terminals, labeling, cable alley suitable for termination of cable including supply and fixing of following switchgear and accessories in the panel complete as required conforming to relevant IS specification. The panel should be CPRI approved and having IP 65 protection including necessary PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 coping with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for mounting and panel should be powder coated painting with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed. (i) Aluminium bus bar suitable for 1000 Amps TPN mounted on suitable SMC based insulators. (ii) MCCB 4 pole 630Amps, 50KA - 01 No ( incoming) fixed thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting. (iii) MCCB 4 pole 400Amps, 36KA - 02 No ( outgoing) fixed thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting. (iv) MCCB 4 pole 250Amps, 25KA - 02 No ( outgoing) fixed thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting. (v) Multi Function Meter(VAF) - 01 No (vi) Phase indicating lamp with suitable MCB alongwith control wiring - 1 Set NOTE:- Panel layout shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of fabrication.
