Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor HT cable of 11 KV grade as required :
General inspection & patrolling of about 10 km long overhead HT/LT lines feeder wise for identification of maintenance work to be carried out i/c strengthing of cross arms with clamps including tightening of nut bolts, removal of bird's nest and foreign material from line along with tree/bush trimming under these lines. (to be carried out before starting of summer season and as per the requirement).
Annual Servicing of Fans (Ceiling/Exhaust/Wall/Pedestal etc.) installed in various buildings of the University i/c checking the unit with accessories for functionality tests, replacement of nut-bolts & locking pins/clips wherever reqd, oiling/greasing, cleaning, pasting of service/repair slips on fan and any other minor repair works required on site i/c labour, tools & takels charges as per standard practice and directions of EIC. Note: 1) This work also includes replacement of spare parts of fans like condensors, regulators, fan hooks as required during servicing and these spare parts will be provided by the University. 2) This work excludes all major repair works like rewinding, replacement of bush/bearing etc.
Copper rewinding of existing burnt fans (Ceiling/ Exhaust/Wall/Pedestal Fans) under buyback of old copper incl. handling charges etc. as per standard practice.
Replacement of parts like bush/bearing etc. with new one of same size/rating under buyback of faulty one as per standard practice incl. handling charges.
Repairing of rotor/stator/shaft etc. of fans as required as per standard practice incl. handling charges.

SH-IV Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for RO Plants/Purifiers.
The scope of work includes comprehensive annual maintenance and servicing of RO Plants/Purifiers and submitting a report after every visit. The scope of work includes checkup of each Unit/system and general cleaning, chemical cleaning of cartridge, if required, replacement of all type of membrane, all type of filters, all pipes, S.V., TDS Controller, all type of sensors, pump etc. as per requirements of the University during the CAMC Period.
Supply and Installation (under buy back) of Reverse Osmosis Plant of 50 LPH Capacity Make Eureka Forbes Note: Old Reverse Osmosis Plant of 50 LPH Capacity - Make Eureka Forbes will be the property of the Contractor. Hence contractor may be advised to quote their rates accordingly.

Providing Mechanized House Keeping Service include machine enabled cleaning, sweeping, wiping, dusting, moping, freshening, garbage collection, segregation & disposal, vacuum cleaning, scrubbing and any other similar tasks as assigned by CURAJ authorities from time to time.Consumable, like duster, Soap, chemicals, wipers, Phenyl and other cleaning materials for toilets and floor required as indicated in list under the scope of work etc. All façade glass should be cleaned once in a month including glass doors and windows. Providing pest Control Services, Rodent Control Services, Fogging & Fumigation against mosquito & larva, Fly management services, termite treatment etc. as per tender terms and conditions and directions of the University.
Termite Treatment: Termite treatment in the University based on IS:6313(Part-3)-1981 specification which consists of creating uninterrupted chemical barriers inside and all around the building. The treatment should be drill holes of 6mm as close as possible to the plinth, walls, junctions of the walls at an interval of 6 inches enough to reach the soil below 6 inches deep. Then chemical emulsion should be injected into these holes, which should be subsequently sealed using white cement match with floor colour all complete , The wall should be spray the chemical emulsion up to roof height wherever required complete.
