Excavation in earth work for structure for bridge work in all height and depths in all kinds of soil including soil comprising of pick, jumper & blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling/ wedding out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and dewatering the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost, including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in required width of road or no approved dumping sites including its stacking levelling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 304. All useful materials, such as stones shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Providing and laying P.C.C. 1:3:6 (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrater including curing for 14 (fourteen) days as per MORTH technical specification clauses under Section 2100. including form work and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of mix design to have characteristic strength M-20 (M-Twenty) grade in sub-structure up to any height including centring, staging, cost of formwork and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification Clauses under Section 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2200 including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete including cost of binding wire as per drawings and MoRTH technical specifications clauses under Section 1600, and 2200 including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirement laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a dis or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, completed assembly to be of cast steel/ fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC:83 part-l & Il respectively and other parts conforming to BS:5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause2004, 2006 of MORTH Specifications complete as per drawing and approved technical specifications including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Two sliding Pot bearings each not less than 165 MT, two guided Pot bearings each not less than 165 MT and one Pin bearing not less than 165 MT are to be provided as per design/ IRC-83 part-III-2018 and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm (One Hundred millimetre) diameter AC/ PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MoRTH Technical specifications clause 2706 and Section 2200 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete by mechanically mixed and vibrated of mix design to have characteristic strength M-30 (M-Thirty) grade in super-structure for Kerb etc. up to any height including centring, staging, cost of formwork and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification Clauses under Section 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2300 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete by mechanically mixed and vibrated of mix design to have characteristic strength M-35 (M-Thirty Five) grade in super-structure complete for slab, box girder and balanced cantilevers etc. up to any height including centring, staging, cost of formwork and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification Clauses under Section 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2300 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications clauses under Section 1600 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete wearing coat by mechanically mixed and vibrated of mix design to have characteristic strength in M-30 (M-Thirty) grade including cost of reinforcement and formwork as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification Clauses 2702 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of RCC railing of M-30 (M-Thirty) Grade in-situ with 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500 (One in Five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm (Two thousand millimetre), leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification Clauses 2703,1500,1600 and 1700 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 2705 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

High tensile steel wires/strands including all accessories for stressing, stressing operations and grouting complete as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification Clauses under Section 1800 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying burried Joint (Providing and laying a burried expansion joint, expansion gap being 20 mm (Twenty millimetre), covered with 12 mm (Twelve millimetre) thick, 200 mm (Two Hundred millimetre) wide galvanised weldable structural steel plate as per IS: 2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8 mm (Eight millimetre) diameter 100mm (One Hundred millimetre) long galvanised nails spaced 300 mm (Three Hundred millimetre) centre to centre along the centre line of the plate, all as specified as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% (Six per cent) bitumen by weight complete as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specification including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 305.1 for retaining wall, breast wall, toe wall, abutments etc. in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) including pumping or bailing out of watering /dewatering by all means upto any depth including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of slush and other deleterious material upto any lead and lift by all means of transportation dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in tranches with excavated suitable material including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand: ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203/ HPPWD Specification and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clause 1206.3 with Granular material including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site through all modes of transportation spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with any lead as per MORD technical specification 301.5 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts of material to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutments wing wall, return wall with 100mm PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of I (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1206.6 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
