Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, including making good by applying tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sq m, blinded with 0.09 Cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm deep and area not exceeding 400 Sqm and removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 250 Meters but not exceeding 500 Meters from site and deposited at a level exceeding 1.5 Meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam (WBM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sq m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration VG-30 Grade @ by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The work shall be executed using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver.

Demolation of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for hardcore of broken stone/ boulder of guage not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spreaded and levelled in layers not exceeded 15 cm thick including watering and rolled/ rammed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 200 mm thick PQC controlled (quality) cement concrete of minimum flexural strength of 40 Kg/ per Square centimetre in field at 28 days lower control limit (LCL) in pavement slabs using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre laid in bays to required gredient and camber including necessary form work and using non-circular synthetic fibre Recrone 3 S (@ 0.25% by weight of cement, using full width fully mechanised paver complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints for 200 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed compressible synthetic filler board, applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board HD 100 for complete width of joint, provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 15 mm to 20 mm dia, filled with polysulphate or polyurethane based sealant Grade 'A' (minimum depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 12 mm), priming the side and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed. The sealant shall conform to IS-5818 and MAV of + 30% with 10 years warranty.

Material and Labour for forming construction joint for 200 mm thick concrete slab, 30 mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with Grade 'A' sealing complund complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints for 200 mm thick concrete slab, 65 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and top 13 mm (minimum above back up rod) filled with Grade 'A' polyurethane sealant and priming the sides with two coats of primer, provision of closed cell polyethelene back up rod 8 mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finished to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and as directed. The sealant shall conform to IS-5818 and MAV of + 30% with 10 years warranty.

Material and Labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Moorum in road side berms, spread thickness 100 mm spread consolidating as required and rolled with power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and applying thermoplastic hot paint of approved make for road marking of 2.5 mm thick approved shade and shape as center lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid directed with automated machine at approx temperature of 160 degree celcius adhering to standards of 100 mm wide line complete all as specified and as directed.
