Demolition brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-Reinforcement) in ground floor & paving n.exc 15 cm thick etc.,complete all as specified.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonary with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, complete all as specified

M & L PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm Gr. Agg ) 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over 30mm thick sand layer watering and ramming all as specified.

M& L Chequared Cement Concrete reflective coloured Tiles 30 CM x 30 CM X 25 mm th set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in neat grey cement & reflective coloured over screed bed 15 mm thk in cm 1:6 .complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling marble etc including cement mortar bedding,and not backing including removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base for leveling course complete all as specified.

M&L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but on skirtings incl 10 mm thk backing coat in CM (1:4) complete.

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles 9 mm th (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 0.30 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete

Ditto above item No 15 but on skirting over 10 mm th rendering in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350 mm x 250mm/450mmx350x7 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as direced.

Dismanteling MS works of any desc. not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down to remove dust etc.complete and applying/brushing the cleaned surface with neat cement slurry 3 Kg per Sqm complete.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces over roof slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately)

M&L for water proofing treatment using polymerised membrane to roof slab. Water proofing treatment shall be as under:- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction.

Providing and carrying out water Proofing treatment to toilet, sunkan slabs, wet areas ets, after proper surface prepration, carry out cementitious ingection grouting at leakage point using cebex 100 plasticised expanding grounding admixture, application of polymer modified at slab wall junction using Nitoband SBR latex screen modifier cum bonding agent and application of two coat of brushbond RFX two part acrylic polymer modified cementitious elastomeric waterproof and protective coating etc, complete including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 all tools and plant as per manufacturers specification paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
