Minor repairs to the interior main gate of the back side compound wall including repacing the damged steel members of the gate

Providing cement concrete with 1:3:6 ( one cement three coarsed river sand, 6 hard granite stone aggregate of 20mm down gauge of approved quality ) confirming to relavant ISI specification including mixing laying , consolidating curing ,supply of all materials,labour ,tools and plants etc complete as directed

Bailing out water from the sump /well at Kadalur point Lighthouse , including removal of all debrises/mud etc, disposal of the debris with in a lead of 50m

Replacing the damaged G I ladder fabricated out of 50mm C class G I pipe and bracket to be fixed with RCC column fabricated out of 50x50x6mm angle iron for OH water tank

Cleaning of septic tanks including cleaning the sewrage line , inspection chambers and replacing the C.C. covers over the tank after repairs if any and sealing the tanks with with cement mortar etc complete as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacementof hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing visitors board of size 1.80mx1.00m made out of angle iron frame work and base to be made with acrilic sheet or alu. Sheet of 18 gauge and over which matter to written on vynyle sheet of superior qulaity , matters to be written in Malayalam, hindi, and english, with sticker type letters , board to be fitted on G I pipe of 40mm dia ,supply of all materials labour tools and plants etc complete as per drawing

Painting the existing sign board placed at sea shore with artist as direted the matters in Hindi/Malayalam/English as per the matter supplied supply of all materials labour tools and plants etc complete
