Providing sweepers for daily cleaning entire compound yard, car parking, lawn, garden surface, drain pavement, two nos. fountains, gully pit grouting, basement & ground floor of entire basement, front and rear portion, generator room, stores, staircase, GF level and ground floor, front Central and rear block, Business Lounge, fire control room, Caretaker’s office, SAE Electrical Office, AE office, VIP Lounge, passage, Reception Section, Medical Unit, 3 nos. lift, lift cases, switch room, conference room, staircase, drivers room, entire 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor front, central & rear block, room no. 101 to room no.109 and room no.201 to 209 with corridors, passage, staff quarters and corridor passage projections, glass panes, lift case, switch rooms, all toilets, air conditions, library room etc. and 5 nos. stair case and entire 3rd floor in front, central and rear block, auditorium, auditorium fire staircase corridor passage, projection glass panes, staff quarter, staff quarter passage, linen room lift case switch room all toilet, air condition auditorium dias., Projector room, green room chairs, foyers, big mirror doors and windows 4 nos. stair case and entire 4th floor front central & rear block, VIP room no. 401 to 406, Governor’s Suite & CM Suite, linen room, corridor passage, projection glass doors, lift case, switch room, all toilets air conditioner, doors & windows, 3 (three) nos. stair case 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th floor including roof entire floor central & rear block room no. 501 to room no.517, room no.601 to 617 & room no.701 to 715, linen room, corridor passage, projection, glass panes, lift case, switch room all toilet, air condition, door and windows, 2 nos. stair case and roof of 5th floor etc. and entire 8th floor corridor passage, projection roof, lift machine room, store room, staff duty room, toilets and roof top of top floor etc. removing of dust from grills, pipeline, as well cleaning complete (twice daily) with necessary cleaning materials such as vim or similarly washing powder, phenol, bleeching powder, acid etc. or equivalent and removal of garbage waste from compound to vat point of Municipal Authority per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (All cleaning materials to be supplied by the agency) for the period 1 (one) year.

Charges per head per day for employees employed as sweepers (unskilled category) Total 15 nos. sweepers per day Total No. of days for the period from 18/07/2026 to 17/07/2027: 365 days 15 nos. per day X 365 days = 5475 nos. in total Intending bidders are not required to quote any rate against this item as the rate has already been provided in the column of "BASIC RATE" (Cell M14 of sheet 1 of BOQ). The rate so provided is binding to all intending bidders. [This rate has been calculated considering prevailing minimum wages vide FILE No. 1/6(5)/2025-LS-II Dt. 25/09/2025 of Chief labour Commissioner(C) of New Delhi & also considering contribution to E.P.F., E.S.I. & Bonus to be made by the agency as per memorandum vide no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal & @ 18% G.S.T.]

Service Charges including all other charges and applicable taxes (if any). No extra claim will be entertained and remains fixed throughout the contract period.

Providing two nos. whole time supervisor who will responsible to attend departmental officers to carry out the orders at control his staff and report time to time to departmental officers for the period from 18.07.2026 to 17.07.2027
