Providing Water Proofing Treatment at Open Balconies and miscellaneouse works in Varuna Park Bungalow I and IV

Provide and lay water proofing treatment consisting of: (i) through cleaning of existing RCC roof slab (ii) Repairing of all surface cracks wider than 3mm with polymer modified mortar prepared with Sikatop 77 acrylic polymer. (ii) Providing and laying cement plaster in CM 1:6 (where ever required to cover the undulations of slab surface) duly admixed with Sika Plastocrete Super @ 0.2% by weight of cement, over a bond coat of Sika Latex Cement Slurry to make the surface smooth and even (iii) laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.80 mm of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA / JOHNSON having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments including all materials and cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wooden cupboards of required sizes in kitchen area using 18 mm thick hard marine grade wooden plywood with 1.00mm thick sunmica on two sides of shutters and frames (pattern and colour is the choice of user) including necessary ISI marked hardware materials like SS butt hinges, SS tower bolts and SS handels in required numbers and required screws after removing the existing damaged cupboards and handed over to Colony maintenance dept. etc., complete all as directed. (over all area of cupboard is to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing thermocol false ceiling with 600X600X16 mm tiles including Powder coated alluminium grid made with Tee of size 24x 32 mm, cross tee of 24 x 27 mm, sub cross Tee of 24 x 25 mm and wall angle of 19 x 19 mm fixed to periphery of walls. The grid shall be suspended from ceiling with 6 mm dia MS rods & level adjusting J bolts system (or standard suspension system recommended by manufaturers) to roof slab/wooden rafters by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener at 1200 mm c/c etc. complete

Supply and fixing Heavy duty 450mm dia exhaust fan on top the exhaust chimney by making the hole on RR masonry wall including preparing the dismanttled surface into good condition including supply and fix the mesh of required size in kitchen area at entrance area of chimney system etc., complete
