Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, ,silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock, and all such other materials either in full or in parts, as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc. as per specifications and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1: cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to a length required (not exceeding 9 meters) and planted in position ready for driving: Upto 2.5 meters long pile

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile complete at site (portion in ground only to be measured) : Upto 2.5 meters long pile

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge : 110 mm dia

Supplying and filling in plinth under floors, trenches including watering ramming consolidating, dressing, complete : Moorum

Supplying and Fixing of Precast Balusters of size 60cm x 10cm including cost of labour, curing etc. and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) : All works upto plinth level

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

12mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing wall with superior quality waterproofing cement paint (super snow hem or equivalent) of required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.

Supplying and fixing Pre-cast cement concrete kerb-stones(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) of M-20 with 20 mm nominal size granitic/basaltic aggregate properly consolidated by mechanical plat-form and vibrators with smooth finish including fixing at site complete as per specification : Size 30 cm L x 50 cm H x 15 cm T

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction using 3 tonne roller and of approved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.Additional cost for coloured paver blocks Red / Black

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of 80/100 or bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specifications clause 503. Bitumen 80/100 @ 0.20 kg/sq.m

Grade-II (19mm nominal size)@ 3.3% of Bitumen-mix Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Grade-II (13mm nominal size) @ 6.0% Bitumen of grade 60/70 Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803

Solar Raised Pavement Marker Supply and fixing of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes at 2.4 V in sleep-charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively . The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. Pre Qualification warranty for 2 years for the Solar Raised Pavement Marker from manufacturer shall be submitted by the contractor along with the tender for technical qualification in the tender and the contractor shall also submit test reports from government laboratory/ independent laboratory for Compressive Strength and Prevention of Dust & Water for technical qualification in the tender.
