M& L for Scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminous macdam surface in area exc 400 sqm and n exc 50 mm deep and stacking complete all as directed by Engr in- charge .

M&L for 7.50 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM using granite trap or basalt , with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as directed by Engr in- charge .

M&L for appling evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous prime of paving bitumen VG 10 Grade @ at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as directed by Engr in- charge .

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam mixed with paving bitumen 4% binder (viscisity grade VG 30) contents any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidation thickness n.exc 75 mm ) with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note (a) 5 Nos of core cutter test to be carried out by contractor on his own coast before laying of SDAC on BM surface at location directed by EIC and test report to be submitted before processing RAR/ Payment (GE CTL/ any IIT or NIT or any Govt Instution as approved by GE) (b) The unit rate are worked out on the basis of binder content 4% by total mix. Any additional/deduction in actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted as per SSR-II. (c) The bituminous macadam mix shall be layed with a hydrostatic paver finsiher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORTH specifications

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic 30 mm thick (Conslidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder content by wt of total mix paving bituminous (VG 30 ) viscosity grade mixed in hot mix plant transpoted at site on tippers and laid with mechinical paver, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and all as specified by EIC Note (a) 5 Nos of core cutter test to be carried out by contractor on his own cost after 7 days from date of laying of SDAC at location directed by EIC and test report to be submitted before processing RAR/ Payment (GE CTL/ any IIT or NIT or any Govt Instution as approved by GE) (b) The unit rate are worked out on the basis of binder content 5.5% by total mix. M&L in repair thermoplastic reflective paint as in road marking 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line or edge line road marking of 100/150 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint ( Hot application) white by indigeneous modern propelled raod marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder glass beads Titanium-diaoxide calcium carbonate lintar fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No. 800-4 specification including spraying of glass beads instrucions complete all as specified and as directed.
