SITC of single die-cast housing (modular type is not allowed) LED Flood Light with a minimum system lumen output of 60K lm or higher and nominal efficacy of 120 lumen/watt or higher(500 Watt). CCT of 5700K with SDCM of Less than 5 and CRI greater than equal to 80. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminum (ADC12) to with stand extreme environments. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF greater than 0.95, THD less than10%. Lifetime of 75K hours @L70. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with an IK rating of 08. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/replaceable without impacting the LED units. The access to the optical and the gear compartment should be separate. While accessing the gear compartment, the optical compartment should not be accessible. The Luminaire should have n internal surge protection of 4kv and 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire . The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. .The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. Only high power Single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed. Multi Chip , array multi die , mid power ,Integrated arrays and COB s are not permitted. The High power LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type. The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V and have an auto recovery feature.. The driver control panel box should be outdoor type and shall be forced ventilated with industrial grade outdoor fans with working and standby. The fixture shall have warranty of 5 years.
